This was my first attempt at a collection of flowers which bloom at the same time. I tore long strips of tracing paper drawing each flower separately. Then I arranged a pleasing combination. Finally, I redrew the whole subject on vellum and transferred it to hand torn Fabriano Artistico 300 lb. watercolor paper and painted. Hopefully, more of similar nature will follow in the not too distant future. The original is available at $3,000. Contact the artist if interested in purchasing the original.
