This fruit will grow in zone 7. It was planted in the garden at Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden, Richmond, VA. I showed the seeds spilling out of an overly ripe fruit. The branches above the fruit show where they hung the previous year. This watercolor is painted on Fabriano Artistico 300 lb. paper. The original is available for $3,000.
